There is an abundance of staff members milling about, so if you need help or have questions it shouldn’t be hard to find someone. Overall, it's clean and obviously new, so that makes it mostly worthwhile. It was also disappointing that I didn't get my free slot play because it was NYE. They definitely could've had more servers on staff because for the 3 or so hours we were there, we only saw 3 servers on the floor. I'm really hoping that this was because their policies have eased up a bit and the security staff were brought back down to earth, instead of the fact that it was just so crowded. I had no issues at all with security staff and I didn't receive the infamous green hand stamp. Last night (NYE) was packed and a lot of fun! They handed out free party favors and had a live band playing. My second time there was fine, except for the bartending staff again being rude and lacking some serious customer service skills. Other staff members we encountered were really nice. The bartender and entrance security staff member were unexpectedly rude, and mixed drinks were incredibly weak. I still don't understand their age/hand stamp policy because I've been told something different every time.

I felt so strongly about how I was treated that I ended up emailing them a complaint. I was not treated with respect or made to feel welcome. My first visit was not enjoyable mostly because I was hounded by their security staff for looking young. I decided to wait for a few months before I submitted my review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to work out their kinks. So far I've been to Hollywood casino three times (I only play slots), most recently last night for New Year’s Eve, and thankfully my experience has improved with each visit. For what it's worth, I've never been to Vegas and I only have one other casino to compare this one too, so here it goes.
